Q: I have gas in my kitchen, do I need a specific gas check?
A: Yes, it is a legal requirement to have the gas appliances and installation in your commercial kitchen inspected and tested on an annual basis. When the inspection has been completed, if the gas installation is considered safe, you will be issued with a CP42 Commercial Catering Gas Safety Certificate. Saunders can complete this inspection and testing for you, and issue you with a CP42 certificate, to find out more, please get in touch.
